ABSTRACT
This chapter is more personal than the others. We intend to provide you with the opportunity to actually reflect on and integrate your ideas for your personal Philosophy of Supervision paper. This paper is one of the requirements for gaining the AAMFT designation as an Approved Supervisor. It also is a major requirement in AAMFT-approved courses on the fundamentals of CFT supervision. If you have kept notes throughout this book about your own ideas, it may be rather easy to pull them together into an articulated philosophy.
