ABSTRACT
You have been asked to see a 28-year-old lady who has self-presented to the A&E department with acute chest pain and shortness of breath. This is her second presentation in the past week. The medical senior house officer has excluded an organic cause for her symptoms and believes there may be a psychological cause.
