ABSTRACT
A school festival is an event, organized over several days, involving all the staff and pupils in a range of activities and events that are unusual or different from the normal school routine. These events are aimed at giving pupils experiences not normally available within the school or in their day-to-day lives and could be adventurous, charitable, sporting, tasters for new subjects, competitions, exploratory or research based or working in the community. The range of possible activities is very wide.
