ABSTRACT
The Act protects both adult applicants and ‘any relevant child’, which is defined as:
● Any child who is or might reasonably be expected to be living with either party.
● Any child in relation to whom an order under the Adoption and Children Act 2002 or the Children Act 1989 is in question.
