ABSTRACT
Debby is a teacher. There is something missing for her in the team of teachers at her school. She is looking for personal contact, but the communication is business-like and lacking this connection. What she would really like is to work from a feeling of togetherness. However, the way the team is functioning right now affects her work in a negative way. She retreats to working with the students more; with them it is easier to have this personal contact. She doesn’t enjoy her work enough now, which affects her involvement with the team and the quality of the work she is providing for them.
