ABSTRACT

It’s everything in real estate and, believe it or not, in successful classroom management. Where you are in the classroom is important. Optimize your location in the classroom: circulate, circulate, circulate. Too many teachers cling to the front of the classroom, rarely moving about the room as they teach. When you move about the classroom, you become aware of all areas of the classroom. Not only does your location help you keep tabs on students’ academic progress and behavior, but it encourages those students who are reluctant to ask questions in front of the class to seek your assistance.
