You can capitalize on this natural tendency and enhance recall by orderly arranging curriculum materials around your room. Keep math, language arts, social studies, and science materials in their given area throughout the year. This established pattern helps students know where to look for certain information and empowers their recall. When testing situations require posters to be covered or removed, you will find that students look at the blank wall to visualize the poster.
