ABSTRACT
Effective classroom management is one of the most essential skill sets administrators seek when hiring new teachers, because a well-managed classroom is central to a successful and safe learning environment. As crucial as this skill set is, classroom management is an area in which many new teachers are not thoroughly prepared or confident once in the classroom. Furthermore, managing a classroom is an ongoing process that even experienced educators can find challenging.
