ABSTRACT
Custody and visitation agreements are basic and important parts of a divorce agreement where children are involved. With the increasing numbers of families having to deal with divorce, combined with rapid changes in American society, the legal system is facing difficult challenges. There is even a growing sentiment among attorneys that custody and visitation issues belong in the counselor's office rather than in the courtroom!
