ABSTRACT
Given in the bodies of Table 20a and b are various critical values of r for various values of n, and n2. For the one-sample runs test, any value of r which is equal to or smaller than that shown in Table 20a or equal to or larger than that shown in Table 20b is significant at the .05 level. For the Wald-Wolfowitz two-sample runs test, any value of r which is equal to or smaller than that shown in Table 20a is significant at the .05 level.
