ABSTRACT
An individual’s sexual world is made up of ideas, impressions, images, and experiences from countless sources. To call this gestalt a result of a person’s “sex education” is a broad definition, but correct. For most people the formal kind of sex education is limited to a small number of classes, texts, or talks. The informal sources of sex education are usually far more significant and the sum of both can be referred to as sexual learning.
