ABSTRACT
An interesting problem is beginning to arise around memories. Of course, like so many problems, two sides to it exist. There have been many professionals looking at childhood memories as absolute, rather than as metaphors, and they have begun to act upon them as gospel. In cases of physical abuse, sexual abuse, and incest, counselors have had numerous clients confronting families with events that may never have happened at all.
