Myers and Croake in Chapter 16 provide an extensive discussion of "Major Depressive Disorder During Childhood." They explore the relationship of childhood depression to adult depression and present guidelines for working with these issues as well as conduct disorders. They provide an excellent, in-depth review of the current literature and research.
