Supporting learning in business

Introduction Learning takes place in a variety of settings both inside and outside classrooms and

is an outcome of the interaction between students and teachers and between the

students themselves. This gives rise to both intended and unintended outcomes. The

aim of this chapter is to provide an insight into teaching and learning in business

classrooms, focusing on three issues:
