ABSTRACT

This book is based on the belief that the integration of information and communication technology (ICT) and subject teaching is of benefit to children's development through the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. It focuses on ICT in the context of mathematics and numeracy By incorporating some of the powerful ICT tools described in this book in your planning for mathematics, the quality of your teaching and children's learning will improve. Similarly by contextualising the children's ICT experience in meaningful mathematics Projects, children's ICT capability will be enhanced and extended.
