ABSTRACT
The purpose of this book is to provide parents and carers with a range of language activities, word games, and story and drama exercises which can be used as the basis of a language programme for young children, with teacher or nursery support. It contains lots of starting points for talking, and for using the time that children and parents spend together creatively. The activities are designed for children aged 3 and 7.
