ABSTRACT
Can we offer young children real and genuine choices? Can we respect their choice and support it? Children are individuals; they do not all have the same needs, abilities, expectations, skills or experience. If they are able to make a choice and are supported in following their own interests, they are more motivated and involved in the learning process.
