ABSTRACT
According to the Structure Building Framework, the building blocks of mental structures are memory cells. Memory cells represent previously stored memory traces. This representation might be in either the traditional sense of an individual cell representing an individual trace, or the distributed sense of a group of cells representing an individual trace.
