ABSTRACT
Since Dr. Selvini and I introduced the New Method in family therapy, 10 years have passed and it has been tested not only with psychotics and schizophrenics but also with anorexics and other seriously disturbed families. In my opinion, the New Method represents, for the time being, the most effective approach towards a better understanding and resolution of family "games" (Selvini Palazzoli, 1986).
