Confronted with our hypothetical suit, the Rorschach community might well charge the children's lawyers with deliberately misrepresenting their position and suggest that the many unpleasant jokes made about the legal profession are richly deserved. More to the point, the test's defenders would accuse the author of setting up a straw man. And they would do so with considerable justification.
