ABSTRACT

the father-son relationship serves as one paradigm for male-male interaction. Fraternal interactions might be regarded as another. As we study various aspects of each of these man-with-man associations, developmentally and dynamically, we are able to understand something of the problematics, potentials, and entelechy of the associative relations between men. Ways of being together involve doing, watching, accompanying, teaching, validating. How are these similar to and different from female-female relationships or male-female relationships?
