ABSTRACT
We have reached the point in our analysis where a certain amount of integration seems warranted. The remaining two chapters attempt to put all the experimental evidence into perspective. Thus, in this chapter we attempt to formulate some basic theoretical propositions that may account for much of what has been discussed so far. In the last chapter we attempt to translate some of these ideas into more concrete suggestions concerning application.
