ABSTRACT
Before we analyze our next examples, let us stress that these are not typical cases of professional practice. They are cases that demonstrate typical features and dynamics of iatrogenic harm. As such, they are not pleasant to contemplate. Let us also stress, that we do not know how prevalent such cases may be, but even if they are rare, they are instructive, providing indicators of what conscientious professionals should be on their guard to identify before harm to clients ensues.
