ABSTRACT
With rampant misperception, misinterpreted history, and pathological beliefs, is there anything that presidents can do to improve their decisions? This wrap-up chapter tries to abolish any despair the previous ones may have generated, and offer a set of guidelines to help those in the thankless position of having to make exceptionally difficult decisions that become the foreign policy of the United States.
