ABSTRACT
Some printed information keeps an indefinite relevance, while other printed information is relevant for only a short time. In general, books preserve information of enduring relevancy, and newspapers disseminate information of fleeting relevancy. One consults a book, for example, to learn the history of a nation, and a newspaper to learn what happened in the national capital yesterday. Books preserve and dispense timeless information; newspapers dispense timely information.
