ABSTRACT
Under the heading of "Maldistribution" we shall examine three broad groups of issues. The first, or ethical, group of issues deals with the eternal unsolved problems of distributive justice. The second, or economic, group of issues deals with the maldistributionist form of the underconsumption theory of businss depressions and long-term tendencies toward economic stagnation.
