ABSTRACT
There are Armenians living in every part of the world, but the center from which they radiate is Anatolia. This migration, which began in 1850, initially motivated by economic reasons and sometimes by personal choice, became mandatory with the 1915 “deportation order.” And, before long, Armenians were living in exile all over the world.
