ABSTRACT
The concept of the legal rule in both its aspects — the legal rule as norm created by the legal authority to regulate human behavior, and as an instrument used by legal science to describe the positive law — is the central concept of jurisprudence. Other fundamental concepts are the sanction, the delict, the legal duty, the legal right, the legal person, and the legal order.
