ABSTRACT
N & Z European Hi-fi (Discounts) Ltd, was a limited company set up in September, 1976 by two people, Zvonko Bencic and Nik Plevan, to deal exclusively with the mail order sale of hi-fi equipment (and ancillary goods) to anywhere in Europe. More specifically, the business was meant to deal especially with Yugoslavia, the country of origin of both the partners and the country of residence of Bencic.
