ABSTRACT
In May 1976, Dr Tom Wills was on his way to a meeting with the Investment Manager of the merchant bank MC Cinti Ltd, and at the same time was recapping the facts that he intended to present in an attempt to gain backing of between £70,000 and £90,000 to form a company to both manufacture and sell components for use in vehicle braking systems. The proposed company would be called RES Components Ltd.
