ABSTRACT
Leighswood is a large primary school located in Aldridge, on the eastern edge of Walsall. Our nursery, which was remodeled in 2005, offers part-time places for up to 78 children. Between the two buildings of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 there is now a new Children’s Centre which opened in September 2006. The Children’s Centre1 offers families information on health and social care, as well as wrap around care for three and four year-olds, and before and after school care for five to eleven year-olds.
