ABSTRACT
When the density of a housing project increases, more cars need to be accommodated due to the higher number of residents. Therefore, designing mobility and connectivity networks with suitable integration of streets and parking is central to the planning of a community made up of townhouses. This chapter discusses and illustrates the most appropriate road and parking patterns for such developments, their effect on circulation and the resulting curb appeal.
