ABSTRACT
Over the past several months the intern has entered the internship site; developed and nurtured relationships with supervisors, staff, children, and parents; expanded professional competencies; and applied and interviewed for jobs. Now the time has come for the intern to close out the internship year. Just as there are numerous tasks involved in effective internship entry, successfully concluding the internship year involves several considerations.
