ABSTRACT
No matter how small or large your staff team is, there are a number of roles that people play and responsibilities that could be allocated to each member according to skills, experience and personality. As you will know, personalities have a major impact on a team’s dynamics. There are two theories regarding this that we think could help you and which we outline in brief below and we have given suggestions for further reading at the end of this book.
