Health care pricing and financing

There are essentially three models of health care delivery and financing. The first is the market-driven and administratively decentralized “survival of the fittest” model (or “the market model”). The second is the professionally dominated model (or “the professional model”). The third is the bureaucracy-dominated model (“the bureaucracy-dominated model”).
