ABSTRACT
The study officially ended in the summer of 2009. I had to redefine my relationships with the participants. I attempted to remain in contact with all of the youth; however, my involvement in their lives has been significantly reduced. I spoke with the participants throughout the study about my experiences looking for a job. I moved to Northern California soon after the conclusion of the study. Relocating to another city provided a logical end to our research relationship. I gradually reduced my visits to their homes from weekly to more sporadically.
