ABSTRACT
Educational psychology maybe defined as the science which describes and explains the changes that take place in individuals as they pass through various stages of development from birth to maturity. It deals with the conditions that promote or retard development and formulates as a result of its study certain principles which should be considered in organizing and administering schools.
