ABSTRACT
Mr. R. Aga, B.A., was responsible for some of the material on Universities. Mr. R. G. L. McCrone, B.A., was responsible for the estimates of the London County Council upon which many of the computations rest. Mr. J. Richards, B.A., was responsible for the estimates of school and teacher populations. All these gentlemen were my pupils at St. Catharine's College.
