ABSTRACT
The basic principles of Soviet Communism and their all-inclusive bearing on every aspect of education have been made clear in previous chapters. In treating in so limited a space of higher education, therefore, I propose only to touch upon the outline of the facts in the light of Governmental proclaimed aims, and then to offer some interpretative comments based on my own observations.
