ABSTRACT
In chapter two, we examined the central theme of emergence that pervades the diverse uptakes of complexity theory. We saw that many phenomena of our everyday lives can be appreciated as complex systems, heterogeneous collectivities of constantly interacting entities, that emerge in unpredictable directions and forms through non-linear dynamics.
