ABSTRACT
Jury a t the Assizes at Leicester, Sept. 1717. The bill was not found so the trial did not come on. Sir G. Beaumont, Foreman, made this Extract, and gave it Lord Parker, Judge of the Assize. His Lordship brought the Extract to Kensing-ton and this is a true copy of it. F. Barnard.
