ABSTRACT
Bryant Park represents the best of urban parks that were redeveloped and redesigned by public-private agreements managed by non-profit organizations in the late twentieth century. This agreement builds upon the tradition of Bryant Park as a public space for over three hundred years and celebrates the simplicity and clarity of its landscape design.
