ABSTRACT

Life is difficult. Given this, some PSHCE co-ordinators may at times wonder why they’ve chosen to make it more difficult by taking on what sometimes seems an enormous, amorphous, unending and thankless task of co-ordinating PSHCE. This chapter is a description of the roles that are often expected of the PSHCE co-ordinator, and the sort of characteristics that should help the co-ordinator to do the job well, and without too much stress. There will be many references to other chapters that give more detailed description of how to carry out some of the roles.
