ABSTRACT
Rebuilding attachments is similar to taking a long hike up an eastern mountain in the United States. Unlike higher mountain ranges, it may take hours, or even a full day, to reach an opening where the hiker is rewarded with a panoramic view. The first views may be limited to a glimpse through the trees from a narrow ledge. Trails may be narrow and muddy. This is hiking for the patient and steadfast. There are no safe shortcuts to the top.
