ABSTRACT
Many downtown organizations offer assistance to property owners, often in the form of matching grants, for improvements to building appearances and façades. Programs and projects may include historic preservation and storefront treatments, signage design, window displays and merchandising assistance, vacant window programs, and interior and exterior lighting.
