ABSTRACT
This chapter presents a general process that downtown managers can follow to pave the way for retail revitalization. This process is not a one-person endeavor, nor is this a short-term task. Professional assistance may be required for best outcomes. Every community has different circumstances; however, these steps demystify the process and break a big challenge into a series of manageable steps.
