ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the basics of first-line cognitive interventions such as cognitive restructuring and problem solving. Cognitive restructuring and problem solving are explained in the “Rudiments” section. The “Rubrics” section illustrates several conventional and innovative approaches to cognitive restructuring and problem solving.
