ABSTRACT

After studying this chapter you will be able to:

Trace the phases and related activities in the business at the launching stage.

Detect the processes and activities relevant to the launching stage in order to perform the required, essential preparatory tasks and apply them to an existing/planned business.

Identify the necessary activities, processes and tools for each of the phases in order to use effective related strategies to accomplish the business’s goals.

Combine creativity and innovation (the knowledge acquired in prior chapters) with the required activities at the launching stage to develop a strong, vigorous plan for the launching stage.
