ABSTRACT
The preceding Chapters offered a discussion on the substantive provisions relating to the basis of liability and limitation of liability included in the selected particular liability conventions. This Chapter, on the other hand, will be dedicated exclusively to an analysis of the relationship between these conventions and the global limitation conventions.
