IT IS THE RELENTLESS businessparadox. The entrepreneurialdream is to build a venture that becomes successful, enduring, and large. And yet executives from suc - cessful, enduring, large firms flock to business schools with the objective of somehow making their organizations and themselves entrepreneurial. There are enough large firms out there to reassure us that the entrepreneurial dream is possible. But will executives be forever unfulfilled in their quest?
